がんばれG-CON
配達証明はちょっとやりすぎだったと反省しています。
実行委員会が不安だったら、自分から入って変えればいいんですよね。
いままではそうしていたわけだし。
でも残念なことに個人的な事情で来年はそこまでの余裕はありません。
あと外から見ることによって見えてくるものもあるので、今回は一参加者というスタンスを貫いていきたいと思います。
私が見ていて実行委員会として最高だったものはT-CON2003、次点がCAPRICON1です。
どちらの場合にもいえることは、応答の速さです。
なぜそれができていたかというと、権限委譲と実行委員長のリーダーシップだと私は考えています。
何かあった時にはボスが責任をとってくれるという安心感のもとに、担当者には大きな権限を与えることにより、担当者はやる気を出しておのずから参加者に対する対応もよくなってきます。
流石にそこまでやるには難しいのでそれは求めませんが、せめて普通の会社だったらこうするだろうという対応はしてほしいと思います。
ということで、実行委員会にお願いです。
・メールが届いたら、返事に時間がかかる場合には、届いたことだけでも返信してください。
・書類が届いた場合にも、受領した旨の連絡さえ頂ければ安心できます。申込書にメールアドレスの欄があるのだから、そのぐらいは容易なはずです。
いまが体制作りでいちばん辛いところだとは思いますが、がんばって下さい。
