この日記を見ている約30名の方、明けましておめでとうございます。
この日記はただいま広島県の福山にて書いています。
コミケからの帰りに、乗車率150％の新幹線自由席でデブの隣に座った時は、これで最期かと思いましたが、なんとか無事年を越すことができました。
今年は長良川でのドンブラコンに向けて精進していきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
体重計が電池切れのため、昨年最後の体重は不明です。

あけましておめでとうございます。
和歌山や愛知、東京ならまだわかるのですが、何ゆえに福山なんでしょうか？
ダイエットの方はがんばっているんですね。
私の方は７４～５ｋｇを保っている状態です。
今年は７０ｋｇ切るのが目標かな。
お互いがんばりましょう。
