大丈夫だよ
色々な所でG-CONの心配がされていますが、そんなに駄目じゃありません。
私自身、スタッフへの誘いを多忙を理由に断っているのであまり大きなことは言えませんが、実行委員会内の友人知人に話を聞く限りにおいては当日の開催や企画の実施についての致命的な問題は発生していません。
大まかなタイムテーブルも決まっており、それに合わせて企画のスケジューリングが粛々と進められているそうです。
連合会議宴会で覗き見たその大枠を記憶に頼って書いてみると、確かこんな感じです。
21日
10:00 受付開始
12:00 開会式
13:00-14:30 企画１コマ目
15:00-16:30 企画２コマ目
17:00-18:30 企画３コマ目
19:00-20:30 企画４コマ目 ドンブラコンはここ
22日
10:00-11:30 企画１コマ目
12:00-13:30 企画２コマ目
14:00-15:30 企画３コマ目 星雲賞・ファンジン大賞・センスオブジェンダー賞など
15:30-16:00 暗黒星雲賞・閉会式

また、ゲスト交渉等もなかなか動けない実行委員長の代わりに、東京で信頼できる人物に全権を委任しているとのことですので、大きな問題は無いものと思います。
ちゃんと進んでいるのに情報不足（広報不足）のために誤解が生じていることは嘆かわしいことです。
