達磨伝説
東銀座のインド料理店、ダルマサーガラに行きました。
カレーの味はかなり良し。もしかしたらジンナーより上かもしれません。
平日ランチも魅力的なのですが、土日は一番安いランチでも2,200円することはいただけません。
何よりも問題なのは、ナンやタンドリーチキンが無いということです。
気になって厨房を見たところ、タンドール釜がありませんでした。
ナンやタンドリーチキンもどきを出すという逃げに走らず、釜なしで出来る最高の料理を提供しようという姿勢には頭が下がりますが、やはり何か物足りない。
カレーは素晴らしく美味なだけに残念です。
