天然鯛づくし
自宅近くの居酒家で、天然鯛が入荷したというので久しぶりに店に行きました。
ショウケースの中に鎮座するはまごうかたなき鳴門の鯛。養殖物とは明らかに違うピンク色の鱗に我を忘れて注文しました。
まずは造り。歯ごたえがあって染み出す旨みに舌鼓をうちました。
次に注文したのは天麩羅です。ふわっとした感触は養殖ではない新鮮さを感じました。
その次は、あら煮。鯛といえばこれにつきるでしょう。
その後も茶漬けや赤出汁を頼もうと思ったのですが、残念ながら素材がもうないということで味わえませんでした。
私一人で一匹の2/3を食べてしまったみたいです。
勘定は7,000円ということで、料亭に行くことを思えば安いのでしょうが結構な出費でした。
